*To be eligible for the Superhero Referral Plan (“Program”), the referring party must be a current or former ForwardLine customer and the referred party must be a new customer. Those who have applied for a loan within the immediately preceding 180 days or are currently in ForwardLine’s prospect database do not qualify as a new customer. The qualifying new customer must complete ForwardLine’s loan application process, receive final loan approval, and the loan must be funded by ForwardLine; loans funded by one of ForwardLine’s third-party lending partners (the “Lending Partners”) are not eligible for this Program. Eligibility must be confirmed for both the referring and referred customer and will be determined by ForwardLine in its sole and absolute discretion. Assuming all eligibility criteria are met by both parties, gift cards will be sent within 45 days of the referred customer’s funding. ForwardLine reserves the right to terminate this Program or change the rules of such Program at any time without notice.
